All concert photos taken by my friend, Leopold. Trigger warning for flashing lights in the video at the bottom of the page. I went with him and my brother. There were a few people there wearing the same shirt as me :o). They toured with MC Lars and Koo Koo Kangaroo. I absolutely loved both of their performances. My favorite part of MC Lars' performance was when he got a kid onstage to help him with a song. It was the kid's birthday and he was so adorable. The song was about The Raven by Edgar Allan Poe and the kid held a raven and it was so adorable. MC Lars also had him wear a Legend of Zelda chain just like his. The kid messed up a few times, but that's alright, he was so adorable so it doesn't matter. I think he turned seven that day. I loved Koo Koo Kangaroo's dance moves a lot. They were so energetic and really encouraged people to dance along with them. My favorite part of their performance was when they made people create a circle around them and they danced in the center. I think their song was about a party and everyone being invited to it. I'm not so familiar with their work so I don't know the name of it. Maybe I should start listening to their stuff. Both of them had extremely fun songs and I understand why they're friends with the Bats. They have similiar vibes, but they don't make the same genre of music.

Once The Aquabats! got on I got so excited. I wish I wrote down the setlist and I really wanted to do that, but I was too busy enjoying myself. Before they got on stage, this one couple standing in front of us saw how short we were so they let us in front of them. I overheard the man asking where our parents were and the woman replied with saying that some adults are just really short. The kids of that couple seemed very excited to be there. I wish we could have gotten closer to the front because I still couldn't see that well, but it's alright. MCBC really got into the crowd (more like the front row) at some points. I loved the parts where he doused us with water, felt like I was being baptized. I also loved the part where he messed up during "In My Dreams" and for a few seconds he wasn't singing and had to figure out where they were. I also loved when he put a kid on an inflated piece of pizza and we crowdsurfed him (they do this at a lot of shows). Another part that I loved is when they were playing other songs that weren't theirs and Crash started singing "Enter Sandman" by Metallica and Ricky sang "Just What I Needed" by The Cars which was so beautiful. I also loved the inflatables thrown into the crowd. You get hit so many times by them and it's fun watching them hit the projector and seeing the image being projected move a bit. I keep remembering things, but I loved the part where MCBC was like "here's how you do the two-step to Led Zeppelin" and he did it which was amazing, but I couldn't see his feet because there were people in front of me who were taller than me. He was wearing this guy's floral shirt whilst he did that. My legs felt like noodles by the end of it.

If it weren't for Leopold I wouldn't have seen these on the ground. I saw a black object flying near people in front of me, but I didn't know what it was. Leopold was smart enough to have been looking at Eaglebones whilst he did that so he was aware that something was there. The one on the right is really sticky. So awesome that I got two of them!
